Great points on the benefits of Vendor hosted or SAAS web based applications. Client data for EADOC's web based project management application is stored in triplicate on servers located in two different geographic locations. Very rarely do I talk with a firm who tells me their disaster recovery plan includes an active Disaster recover site in another geography.
